With many of my clients in the Dunwoody and Sandy Springs areas, it’s fun to find new and interesting places to photograph sessions, and Brook Run Park was a great place for this vibrant family. I’ve photographed a session there before but never ventured very far into the park. It truly feels far removed from the traffic of N. Peachtree Road and Tilly Mill. The weather was gorgeous, and I had a great time exploring the great outdoors with Zoe, Jack and Rowan.
As I was editing through all the pictures from our two-hour session, I was struck by this image. Not only does everyone look happy (which says a lot because it was at the end of our time together and they were tired), but I LOVE all the touch connections happening. Hands to arms, hands to legs, and dad’s arm around mom. It’s just so loving and special and natural. It’s little gestures like those that I adore which show the closeness of their family’s relationships. Gush!
