Join our class to learn photography and camera basics from Sara Edelstein, owner and lead photographer of Sara Speert Photography.  Sara has been a professional photographer for over 12 years and specializes in photographing babies, kids, families, as well as events and advertising.  She understands the common difficulties many parents have when taking pictures of their kids.  And she’s ready to share some tips and tricks to take your photography to the next level.  This class is especially for moms and dads with basic DLSR or Point-&-Shoot cameras.


Basic camera settings
Camera settings for everyday situations like back-lighting, capturing fast-moving kids, and low lighting.
Define ISO, Aperture, & Shutter Speed
Shutter speeds and controlling motion
ISO sensitivity
Basic white balance
Rules of great photography (composition)
Hands-on practice
Depending on time – one-on-one consultation with Sara about improving your pictures

Class size is limited to 15 people.  Once we fill the class, additional classes will be added.
Reservations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person in the event you are unable to attend class.  Simply email us the name of the person to whom you are transferring your ticket.
